GUEST POLICIES
Deposit
- Upon departure and after a satisfactory inspection of the premises, your Deposit money will be credited back to your credit card within 5-7 business days less the cleaning fee.
Cancellations
- Must be made 30 days prior to Reservation date in order to get your Deposit refunded.
- Cancellations are subject to a $25.00 Service Charge.
Balance Due
- Your balance is due 14 days prior to arrival and is payable by Cash, Money Order, Travelers Check or VISA.
- No personal checks accepted.
Policies
- No Pets
- Accommodations sleep 4 (there is 6 person maximum if you BYO bed roll).
- This is a Non-Smoking rental, smoking is allowed outside only. Please do not dispose of butts on the grounds. We provide butts cans.
- No refunds for early departure
- No one under 25 allowed to rent unit
- This is a dry county, pack accordingly
- All guests must be registered, including day guests
Check In/Out Policy
- Check In 4:00PM
- Check Out 10:00AM
- We do not have a dishwasher, please clean and put away dishes.
- Throw away all trash in outside roadside bin. Please leave cottage in the condition you found it.
